  These people are awful. The staff is rude .. their banking is antiquated. I would never suggest them to a friend or family member.

  DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE OR USE THEIR INTERNET. The cashiers are generally rude. Their internet is pricey for it's performance, it's very slow and these people are not experts of tower repair after storms. Do not expect to watch any video on the internet without having to pause to let it load. They also charge for extra internet data usage. Their internet banking site it awful. I've had multiple occasions where the site is down so I cannot even view my account. Another issue; the internet banking site makes you change your password so frequently it is ridiculous. Then, when you call the bank because you cannot remember your umpteenth-million different password they are rude. Banking with these people is a nightmare as well... it's a small community and I heard of an incident where the drive-thru teller gave HER OWN personal check book back to the customer instead of the customer's check book. The customer didn't realize it, as their check books were alike. The customer was rudely called and told to bring the check book back right away when the customer was 15 miles down the road. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and BANK WITH A REAL BANK AND FIND INTERNET FROM A REAL INTERNET PROVIDER.
